checkbox for per character favorites

Please just bring it back. I don't want profiles, I don't want to have to create a profile and redo the mounts for every character because the update broke the favorite lists and gave every character the same default profile.

I just want to check the per character favorites box and then forget about it and have it just work - It was the perfect addon and you made it worse.

I'm glad that you understood the previous system with character specific favorites. But it seems a majority of users didn't. That showed me that it was not quite intuitive to use. Hence the new profile system.

Of course I've also added a little migration script to smoothly convert previous settings over into profiles. But it seems something went wrong in your case.
It would really help if you could provide more information, so we could solve this together. :)
I'm looking for something like:

• Did you get an error message?
• On how many estimated characters did you use the per character favorites?
• Around how many favorite mounts did each character had on average?
