Make "Sync Journal with Target" Setting Persistent

I would like to propose that the "Sync Journal with Target" setting be persistent. In other words, right now if you enable it, then log off, it's disabled when you return. (I think that disabled is the default setting, right?

Anyway, it'd be nice to have it's toggle setting be saved at all times so that if I turn it on, it's on until I turn it off. :)
