It looks like if you send a URL that can't be reached (like http://localhost), the prepare page job just sits trying to access it. It would be better if it had a timeout to prevent the worker stalling.

I think the worker no longer stalls (since 1e68a24), but the image-to-bits job fails because the image it expects is not present.
I'm not sure how best to communicate the error back to the user though, unless there is some kind of "status" page for each print request, similar to a preview.
