Background

Setting up the CI environment for this abstraction is quite complicated, for that reason, we want to do in a extra ticket
Currently, the interface is so simple, that reviewing should catch most bugs

Acceptance Criteria

Setup AWS CI isolation
- Set up a user with all permission
Derive from the contract tests and implement them
- Set up the needed resources with boto
