Initial release

The archive attached here (v100-Full.zip) includes dependencies needed. Ready for manual install into Inkscape 0.91 on Mac or Linux.

• plotink helper routines for Inkscape extensions.
• eggbot_hatch.py from the EggBot extensions for Inkscape.
