As a team manager, I want to be able to select certain filter to analyze my team's actual hours worked versus expected hours so that I can assess productivity, manage resources, and identify potential issues.

Detailed Flow

  1. Manager logs into the Ever Teams platform
  2. Navigates to “Reports” page
  3. Selects "Actual vs Expected Hours" report
  4. System will show this week’s timeframe as default for the actual vs expected hours report
  5. User can filter the data based on the desired time period, list of team members and team/project for analysis
  6. Views a comprehensive report comparing actual vs expected hours based on selected filter

Acceptance Criteria

  • The report provides both high-level overview and detailed breakdowns.
  • Managers can view data at team, individual, and project levels
  • The system flags significant discrepancies or patterns
  • Ability to export reports in various formats (PDF, Excel, CSV)
  • The report interface is interactive, allowing for drill-downs and custom views
