When we try to export a DCC Certificate from the Android Wallet App via NFC onto the iOS wallet app, no certificate is seen in the destination app (iOS Wallet) although it says "Fertig". See attached Screenshot.

Expected behaviour

The chosen certificate is shown in the wallet app in the iOS device.

Actual behaviour

No certificate is to be seen in the iOS wallet App.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Open a saved certificate in the Android Wallet App;
  2. Turn NFC switch on;
  3. On the iOS device open the wallet App --> NFC Import;
  4. Position the two devices with the back sides against each other until the iOS device shows the screen with text: "Bereit zum Scannen".

Technical details

Android Wallet App 1.2.2 acc
Galaxy XCover 4, Android 9

iOS Wallet App 1.2.0.1
iPhone 5s, iOS 12.5.1

And please check if this issue exists in Android too, because you mentioned this here, but then we need a ticket for Android.

Issue still persistent in 1.3.2 (1)?
Also: Cannot test as I do not own an android device. Does iOS to iOS reproduce the same issue?

We do not have this functionality from iOS to iOS.

@PaulBallmann, I do not see Version 1.3.2 (1) available for test in app center. Where can I find it?

@RalicaY - I released the version 1.3.2 (1) yesterday evening for the testers. Sorry for the delay.

@PaulBallmann, thank you. I installed it but, unfortunately, there is no improvement what concerns the issue. Still no DCC gets imported via NFC.

@PaulBallmann can you say if this issue should be fixed in actual release 1.3.2(2) ? So @RalicaY can test this again?
I dont have NFC devices for iOS to check this issue.

tvt, 11.05.2022: As agreed with the project mgmt, the priority will be reduced to low, since we have a workaround. The first transfer the certificate per NFC from Android-device to IOS-device and then use the import-function of IOS-Wallet-App to import the certificate. So the user get the certificate then in his IOS-WalleApp
