How should Context.json be adjusted?

Hi,
My question has two parts:
1- I see that dgca-issuance-service has a convenient issuance.contextFile variable that makes it easy to modify the endpoints. Is there a reason why the context file is hard coded in dgca-verifier-service?

2- I have a custom installation of the dgca-gateway, and will like the Verifier APP to point to this installation, so far I've changed the URLs inside the APP and that works. It seems to me that I should build and use a context.json to use in the verifier service. How do I create the pubKeys array value that goes with every endpoint?
