Question: The CertLogic expression in the Logic field is not according to specification, doesn't validate, and doesn't execute (at least not in CertLogic's JS and Kotlin implementations). Check out this link.

Is that intentional? People are seeing this, thinking that it's valid. Is rule.json (and rule_with_region.json) used when running tests?
