No new devices findable in the latest version of Domoticz. #17

Hi,

When reinstalling the latest version of Domoticz (now 2022.2), no devices become visible.
When reinstalling on 2022.1 and upgrading visible devices to 2022.2, everything remains fine.

I pointed this out on the Domoticz forum but maybe you can look into it?
