6. Update CI configs for clients to run consume rlp & consume engine, and redeploy https://hiveprague.ethdevops.io/
7. Add consume engine to hive: ./hive --sim ethereum/eest-engine ... for Prague
8. Add consume rlp to hive: ./hive --sim ethereum/eest-block-rlp ... for Prague

Note EOF will not be included in devnet-1 but is conf. in the finalized Pectra scope.
