Replaced hardcoded versioning with a dynamic CMake-driven system using `Info.h` to embed version, parallelization, and commit metadata directly into the build. Simplified Python version parsing and renamed `LOGGING_LEVEL` to `POLYHEDRAL_GRAVITY_LOGGING_LEVEL` for consistency.
