Deprecate runeclipse

The script runeclipse in the legacy folder should be deprecated to reduce maintenance burden. It also contains onprem specific paths and configurations which do not belong in an open repository.

eclrun is the replacement to use. In order to replace runeclipse with eclrun the following is required:

• eclrun must be in $PATH and the following environment variables: ECLPATH, F_UFMTENDIAN, I_MPI_HYDRA_BOOTSTRAP and SLBSLS_LICENSE_FILE.

If Komodo would provide these variables, the script should be possible to replace by a bash script that only echoes instructions on what to run instead.
