Associate PVTNUMS/EQLNUMS with wells
Read RSVD/PBVD & RVVD/PDVD

(B) PVT initialisation consistency:

Generate pres vs. depth
Genrate psat vs. depth
Consistency check - Warning messages
- Saturation pressure vs. reservoir pressure
- Phase densities
Generate consistency plots

(C) FMU Uncertainty and AHM:

Read MIN/AVG/MAX RSVD/RVVD
Genration of interpolated RSVD/RVVD tables (including consistency check)
