Currently, restarting from, say, iter-0 starts by running an update to create a parameter set for iter-1.
This is unnecessary if iter-1 already exists and also potentially very time consuming.
Restarting from iter-0 should therefore instead re-run failed realizations from iter-1 and after that continue as usual.
