Narrow down link/button styles

• Remove Read more link style and replace with Resource link style
• Remove button style for the textblock single link and just have Resource style
• Change View all events button to Resource link
• On inline link style hover dont remove the underline, but provide darker text color (should test when doing what is a good color for the dark/light/colored backgrounds)
• Make a new download "icon" where the arrow has a horizontal line under, and when movement animation on Resource link the arrow moves down to touch the horizontal line. Similar look as https://react-icons.github.io/react-icons/search/#q=download RiDownloadLine
