Website is slow, gets stuck loading references or re-ordering findings - to review

@damian-garrido . As I was testing your fixes today I noticed that the website seemed slow. It was taking a while to load certain pages. When I made changes to references it bounced me back to the my data section and the loading message just wouldn't go away without refresshing. It was slow to re-order groups too.
