Truncating sign "..." isn't presented when reaction's conditions are truncated because of the long name

Actual Result

• The last line is empty, no information that some part of conditions were removed "...":

Additional context

• Detected during retesting of Reaction's name or conditions text wraps incorrectly in specific cases: the last line before truncating, removing of special symbols, empty line instead of "..." #2647, but initially it's related to Save Name and Reaction Conditions to RDF Metadata #2404
