Hard Crash When Opening the Program

I've been successful in converting approximately 16GB of MP3 files to 44.1/320, but all of a sudden the program won't open. I tried uninstalling with Revo Uninstaller Pro/reinstalling and it will open to the initial splash screen, then exit. Trying to open it again results in my seeing the spinning circle on the desktop, but nothing else happens. Please assist...
