The length of time left on the 'boost' state of a server is not displayed.

This functionality is not showing on any of the windows in the portal.

There is now a field on the 'configure' / 'Server Details' page. This field is currently showing 'N/A' when the server is boosted.

We have this, but should show it in the summary table and hilight servers which are close to de-boosting in red
