Any progress in reimplementing the game hacks (gamehacks.c)?

Like the title says, is there any progress in reinstating the game hacks database (gamehacks.c) on Wii64 for make some games to work adequately? (Ex. Top Gear Overdrive/Hyper-Bike, Knife Edge, etc.)

I saw this commit 546144d

But until now i don't see any further progress in it.

they are reinstated but the thing is dynarec changed alot since then and now they dont work anymore lol the only hack that is working is winback hack to get ride of the grey square only on regular wii64, rice version hacks werent implemented.

the rest of the hacks dont work anymore since the code changed.
