The Server API is available on the same public endpoint as the Client API, even if it requires IAM auth.

Move it to a different API Gateway and make the necessary changes in the Helper.

This will allow using a Private API on a VPC Endpoint so the OpenVPN Helper traffic doesn't traverse the open internet.
