We should decide how to version this repository. We could apply semver, but we have to decide what constitutes MAJOR, MINOR and PATCH.

So far, the versions have been completely arbitrary.

What about the following?
MAJOR - changes in libraries and other infrastructural elements used by this repo
MINOR - changes in rule groups, rules added to "other" group.
PATCH - changes in other than "other" rule groups (which means just following the expected standards by improving the support of them), bugfixes, docs
