Interface signatures must match all public methods of classes that implements it

Consider the rule - all existing public methods should be covered by interfaces the classes with such methods implement. If there is a public method that is not listed in any of implemented interfaces then such design should be treated as not acceptable and should not be pushed further until not fixed.
