Issue with Bundler on upgrade #651

Attempting to upgrade from 3.7.x to 3.28.6, when building get the following error from the Bundler

Can't resolve 'inggwebplayer/app' in 'C:\storage\git\repos\inggwebplayer'

Really perplexed by this, the app folder is obviously there.
