we currently don't have a design for modals in the app

A modal has:

background scrim / opacity layer
border on window
header / title of the pop up
content area
buttons for operations

btopro assigned elizabeth-delor and btopro and unassigned elizabeth-delor

assets / mock up for this in our images list, just needs implemented
