I was excited to see that you featured rrtools in your workshop! I would love to know what feedback you have about it. For example, if there were any points of confusion or friction experienced by the participants? I often make minor changes to the documentation after giving workshops myself to try and make it a smoother experience, especially for beginners. If you have any suggestions I'd be happy to know about them. Thank you so much.

I don't remember specific feedbacks about rrtools. I remember opening a few issues about friction points we found; but I don't remember which. I guess if you filter issues opened by me and see a few clustered together, those are them. Hopefully we are doing a second run this October. We'll probably revise a few things and I will let you know if we have any feedback after the course.
Hi! Last month we lead a second version of this workshop. The feedback around rrtools was that learners didn't get why it was useful. It might've been that I we didn't explained it correctly
I did followed the steps myself and I found a few confusing issues. For example, creating the readme also creates a dockerfile for the beamer thing. But then creating a dockerfile is a second step, which creates a different dockerfile? The Readme also seems to have hardcoded the location of the analysis folder, so it sometimes it's not consistent with the real location.
I can run the steps again and open specific issues if you want me to.
