Assymetric backup as it is now creates unsafe keys on import. We need all clients to default to symmetric backup and migrate assymetric to symmetric.

SDK support for symmetric

UX

  • As a user with an existing backup, I should be asked to upgrade to the safest symmetric backup (Can this be seamless?)
  • As a new user, my first key backup should by default use symmetric
  • When migrating I should not lost keys
  • Symmetric backup should correctly save and restore key trust flag

Closing because Authenticated Backup has been choosenas the new backup
