Sharing storage across all users

Hya,

First of all, apologies because this is more of a question rather than an issue.

I was wondering if it's possible to share the storage across all users in a single machine. I've tried

storage.setDataPath(app.getAppPath());

and

storage.setDataPath(path.dirname(app.getPath('exe')));

but nothing works. To my surprise, the app doesn't even start (presumably due to some permissions error, but there's nothing in the output).

Do you have any suggestion on how to achieve this?
