Github fails to unpack value for a repo

Bug Description

I tried syncing all elastic owner repos. I ran into issue syncing elastic/consluting repo (note, it's private for whoever reading this from outside of elastic org)

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Configure github connector
2. sync elastic/consulting repo
3. See

Something went wrong while fetching the files of elastic/consulting. Exception: not enough values to unpack (expected at least 1, got 0)

Expected behavior

This should work : )
