I'm not finding this on NPM. It would be good to npm publish for consumption

Hi. Storybook plugins are usually published in @storybook namespace, so I do not have control over it. Official Storybook team is ready to publish plugin when Aurelia 2 is becomes GA. So for now we install this plugin from Git, or I may change package name, in fact... If it is desired - I'll do it.
