If I remember reCAPTCHA's setup correctly, updating the domain name for the current key will do. Btw, the repository that has to be updated.

Please double-check the sites associated with your reCAPTCHA site key to ensure that your site is on the list. I've tested this theme on Framagit (source), and my Framagit bot has successfully created a merge request for a test comment.

Any update on this? It seems reCAPTCHA v3 is not supported, from the linked issue in Hugo Future Imperfect.
