I'm not 100% sure if whether it is something from the coding that isn't letting it log in or if it is congestion on the site. It seems to be really slow loading and logging in for me right now so maybe that is the cause. I tried a fresh download and it will not take the password for the site so I'm not really sure what to do with it now.

Having the same issue and it is just logging in as quest.

Have you installed "cfscrape"?

If not, copy the exact same changes in here. After that, it should be installed automatically once you run the batch file.

Note: you MUST replace the tabs for spaces (1 tab = 4 spaces, 2 tabs = 8 spaces).
So you'll need to fix line 98 & 99 in order to avoid the syntax error.

Then why not just fix the scrip.

It seems to only do this temporarily since it did it again around the same time again on this past Saturday. It works just fine after a few hours for me. Would this still be an issue of the needing to fix something in the coding? I'm wondering if perhaps this is an issue with something at crunchyroll in general because from what I've noticed, each time the downloader has had this issue, the site seems to take a while to log in directly on my end leading me to think that this could be a site congestion on their end or an isp issue on my end. I would think if it was the coding it would constantly be doing this all the time for me, but since I'm not a pro at writing code so I wouldn't be know for sure.

Think it is a cloudflare isssue but that would probably still require some recoding since it runs checks from time to time to make sure your browser is legit.

That could very well be. I seem to recall the first day I had this issue was directly after Crunchyroll posted a news update about being unaffected by the cloudflare bug or issues or whatever that was messing with many sites.
