The Service Catalog libraries listing does not work for all services.

I need to follow-up on that ticket from time to time, including a future zoom call, so adding a ticket to track this.

I'm going to close this ticket for now because it isn't an issue that I am concerned with at this time, and it is entirely up to the DD team to fix on their timeline. I also don't want us to spend time reviewing this ticket, even in on the backlog.
