Add ai_aside to code owner mapping

On 2024-05-21 we saw some successful transactions with a missing code_owner_squad. These had code_owner_module = ai_aside.config_api.views. This repo is already in the ownership spreadsheet but the module->repo mapping isn't present in... wherever it needs to be.

@timmc-edx - Reading up on code_owner, it sounds like there is a django setting that needs to be applied in the ai_aside IDA... should this be transferred to Cosmonauts to make that update?

Not a Django setting, but an update to either the ownership spreadsheet or the mapping script itself. It would only apply to things in LMS, either dependencies or plugin apps. I actually can't tell which of those without seeing an example of what was happening -- but given that there are no instances of code_owner_module:*aside* in the past month, I'm going to say we can just close this out.
