Post-DEPR clean-up of bokchoy from edx org

The bokchoy DEPR process has been completed from the openedx org.

There are still many references in the edx org, and this ticket is meant for completing that cleanup. Mostly this will involve quick deletions, but we may need to make decisions on a few things; it's possible there might be complicated things to ticket up for later work.
