feedback: separate specification from implementation

Some parts of the document seem a bit too implementation specific and should probably be moved out into some online documentation describing the tradetrust implementation rather than then general notary specification. Specifically some parts of the verification section that describe internal methods.

In general, the four (or five?) specification sections should define the standard from the perspective of external testable behaviour and should describe how an implementer can test conformance. Examples are also nice but non-normative.
