Upgrade existing specifications to the latest schema version #44

We are using version "draft-07" of the spec, which is a bit old by now. We should upgrade to the latest one ("2020-12").

I think we should use https://json-schema.org/draft/2020-12/schema.

We should also run our specifications through the schema checker to make sure they actually conform to it.
