Summary

Introduce Stream for AMPQ protocol. RabbitMQ broker seems to be a driver here, so initial focus will need to v0-9-1.

Motivation

More connectivity options

Additional context

  • pub/sub directly to queues and through exchanges should be supported allowing use cases based on work queues, pub/sub routing and topics.
  • Consider using replyTo header to allow request/response.
  • Optimise connections/channels probably by sharing connections
