Capella URL

I want to add Capella's URL address in Eclipse to realize that I write a code in Eclipse, get a set of data through this code, and then the data is automatically imported into capella, and the automatic modeling in Capella.
But now you need to find the Capella URL to implement the update site to add Capella, and select the Capella SDK to install it.
I can't find the URL for Capella and hope someone can help me.
