ceylonlang.org should redirect to ceylon-lang.org

Currently, ceylonlang.org is reachable and serves the same content as ceylon-lang.org. (Including the same certificate on port 443, which isn’t valid for this domain.) I think it would be better to redirect to ceylon-lang.org via 301 Moved Permanently. It could be confusing if people found some content on mixed domains, and could probably hurt SEO too.

modules.ceylonlang.org and herd.ceylonlang.org are completely different beasts – they serve a Bean Validation page, credited to @emmanuelbernard. Wat?
