Ontology dropdown options not shown in ingest-ui

Describe the bug

In ingest-ui, in some ontology fields, the dropdown menu does not show any value.

• project -> "organ"
• donor ->
  • donor_organism.mouse_specific.strain
  • donor_organism.length_unit
  • donor_organism.mass_unit
• specimen ->
  • specimen_from_organism.organ
  • specimen_from_organism.organ_part
• cell line ->
  • cell_line.cell_cycle

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to any project in dev or staging ingest, example.
2. Click on any of the aforementioned biomaterial from the list
3. Select the ontology field that was recorded to have problems (see list)
4. Ingest-ui will not provide options even if you write down an example

Expected behaviour

ingest-ui should provide a dropdown menu with a list of the available ontologies that is filtered after the user provides some text
