First of all thank you for making available such a good package for immune analysis.
I don't think anyone has asked you this already. When making the panel for this analysis can we have shared markers between two different cell types? An example of this is the CD3 marker for T helper cells and also for T regulatory cells.
Should I use CD3 in both cell types or should I stick with per example CD3 and CD4 for Th cells and FOXP3 for Treg cells?
