EasyList newsletter has the filter /v1/newsletters/*.
The given site tries to access https://krisenvorsorgeliste.diplo.de/api/v1/newsletters/trips/<id>?page=0&size=10&sort=createdDate,desc which is blocked by this. This is not a newsletter popup or something like this though.
The site is an official site of the Auswärtiges Amt (German Ministry of foreign affairs) and requires registration/login which is only available to German citizens.
