Follow activity generated via pump2tweet, even when I was already following that person #7

I just noticed that @zack joined pump2tweet.com, and an activity was generated by me following him automatically.
The problem is that I was already following him, so now, I follow two "[email protected]" (in the web ui, the recent one looks like a ghost person, see attached picture).
