Feat/direct to farmer videos

Description

• Add new farmer activites tool
• Add mw chichewa videos to each farmer activity
• Integrate existing tools within farmer activities

Discussion

• Should note that only malawi chichewa videos currently available. These will show by default even when app in English
• Will need to decide what to populate onto activity summary page (ideally with translation)
• Additional support will likely be required to use the tools (in-app tutorials not ready yet)
