Request details

Relates to #1940

Currently, if you delete a release using the UI, or the custom API, the maven Metadata isn't automatically updated, leading to an invalid version still being "there", even tho it has been deleted

Specially when you do this on a release folder

The metadata isn't automatically updated

As mentioned here, if we implement some kind of metadata merge tool, this could be achieved easily!
