Add ability to have more complex monitoring

For example:

Look for a doctor in the next 2 weeks for a teleconsult, but exclude thursdays or have a modified time for that day.

It's a nice idea, but I wouldn't want to make the app more complex than it is. As a workaround, you can create multiple monitoring. You also can implement this on your own and I would be happy to merge this in case you preserve the simplicity of the bot
