cant install this mod with the new format

Greetings, i know it might be a silly issue , but i have the non steam version and when i transfer the files of the mod to the mods directory , it does not show in game contect , i noticed because the form is differenet from the other mods i have which are .dll files , this one comes with a whole directory and i would appreciate if anyone can help with the installation. searched through all web and couldn't find an answer.
