It seems with the later version of octocatalog diff, it requires the -n option to be specified even when providing a factfile.

/usr/local/bundle/gems/ruby/2.7.0/gems/octocatalog-diff-2.1.0/lib/octocatalog-diff/catalog-util/builddir.rb:149:in `install_fact_file': Called install_fact_file without node, or with an empty node (ArgumentError)
